This lump sum concept provides a guaranteed single fixed monthly fee and thus eliminating uncertainty and unexpected increases in the manning budget of the ship’s owner. 

It also reduces the administrative paperwork and expense of processing disbursements & vouchers. Our lump sum management package includes 

1. Crew recruitment and procedure for joining the ship and repatriating crew.
2. Payment of wages and leave with overtime, service bonuses etc. of officers and crews. Also, portage bill scrutiny and payments to meet owners requirements. 
3. Proper qualification and certification of crews. 
4. Medical examination and fitness certificates. 
5. Conduct/ arrange advance training courses. 
6.  Arrange all travel logistics for seafarers including visas, flight tickets and travel advice etc. 
7. Arrange flag state license for all seafarers. 
8. Implementation and follow up of drug and alcohol policies. 
9. Crew P&I insurance as well as handling of respective claims. 
10. Supply of working gear for the crew. 
11. Training and upgrading of the crew. 
12. Provision supply and victualing on board vessel. 
13. Crew welfare and maintain family liaison. 
14. Liaison with local and government authorities.
